The Marketplace is an online platform where you’ll find a variety of goods made by small local businesses in Brunei ready for purchase online and delivered across Brunei. 

We are currently delivering to all districts across Brunei.

The delivery rates are calculate by distance from the vendor’s location to the delivery address entered. See below the fees per distance:

Up to 7km $3
Up to 11km $4
Up to 26km $5
Up to 36km $9
Up to 100km $12
More than 100km $15

That’s great! Please use our form on the About page to register your interest. We only accept small businesses/ individual makers. You can also visit any SME 360 branches (Serusop, Seri, Tutong and KB).

You will receive an email and SMS once your order is confirmed!

We accept any Debit/Credit card under Visa or Mastercard.

Please be aware that payments taken on this platform are being collected by The Collective Art Events on behalf of Community for Brunei. 

No, but we encourage you to! It’s handy for when you shop again on the Marketplace.

We have a minimum order of $5.

You cannot amend an existing order once it has been confirmed. You will need to make a new purchase on the website!

You cannot track your order, but we send an SMS to you when your order has been received.

Outside of office hours, please send us a WhatsApp on the above number, or alternately please email us on [email protected].

Please ensure you send a photo of the item. We cannot process incorrect deliveries if the product has been used, or damaged in any way.

If you receive an item in a faulty or damaged  condition, please contact us. We will contact vendors for items which have not been touched/ used and where the customer has contacted us immediately upon noticing the defect. Vendors will replace the item with the same product or one of equal value. 

We will not be able to accommodate exchange requests made 24 hours after the delivery time. 

We do not allow cancellations. The vendors on our marketplace are small businesses and a lot of effort goes into making each order!
