Yoga with Joyce

In efforts to support and prioritize the public’s well-being during the second wave of the COVID 19 Pandemic, we are excited to collaborate with Joyce Hong.

About Joyce:

“I’m Joyce Hong. I’ve been practising yoga for many years, specifically vinyasa flows which are my favourite and I just got my certification to teach recently.

The breath, body and mind connections in yoga have always helped me take a step back from the busy-ness of daily life to re-centre and re-align mySELF. I thought this would be a great opportunity to share and offer this potential benefit to our community during these challenging and stressful times.

In this session, I will be guiding us through a soft, gentle flow to regulate and tune in to our breathing, followed by stretches to relieve physical tension and finishing off with complete relaxation. The class is beginner-friendly and I offer options throughout for various levels of intensity.”
